This blog takes the form of one of my Mountain Bike Training Ride Reports. It covers a trip taken from my home at the top of Town Bush Road, to the T-junction formed by Link and Old Howick Roads and then down Old Howick Road to the Dorp Spruit. The return journey starts by reversin the descent and then follows Link and Peter Brown Roads to Montgomery Drive. At the bottom of Montgomery it is left into Town Bush Road and a photographic shoot of the Good, the Bad and the Ugly between Montomery and Mc Carthy Drives.
