from the Karkloof Country Club
to Benvie Garden & back

As much as I would like to ride the R103 from the N3 Tugela Plaza to Howick via Colenso, Ladysmith, Escourt and Mooi River, I would also like to ride from the Howick Main Road and Currys Post Road intersection to Benvie Garden via the Karkloof Road and back. This blog is an attempt to get the latter done, not from Howick, but from the Marriott Karkloof Country Club. To do so the blog uses some ride profiles as an attempt to illustrate that the ride is not much more difficult than the ride to the Terbodore Restruant on the Currys Post Road.
